Most organisations know what their biggest challenges are. Although, if you ask around, you may find that everyone has a slightly different interpretation of them. And without a shared understanding of a problem, it’s really hard to get to a solution. That’s where the Design Sprint can help. It aims to bring people together to fully understand a problem and generate design ideas as possible solutions. A prototype is built based on the chosen solution. This is tested with real users, generating feedback at a very early stage, saving time, effort and money.
