Megan McFarlane is the Enquiry and Conversion Manager at the University of Aberdeen.
Megan manages the student recruitment enquiry management and conversion strategy at the University of Aberdeen. With a background in UK and Scottish politics, she started her career in Higher Education in international partnerships at the University of Aberdeen, before developing the international postgraduate taught conversion strategy. More recently she has expanded into enquiry management and conversion for all markets and study levels, introducing a number of technologies to improve the prospective student experience. Megan is currently seconded to the Directorate of Digital and Information Services two days a week to deliver the Recruitment and Enquiries CRM project.

Megan gave a plenary talk with Mike McConnell on “Student Recruitment Enquiries in CRM” on Friday 13 July 2018. Megan also facilitated a masterclass with Adrian Binzaru on “Maximising User Experience With Limited Resource” on Thursday 12 July 2018.
