Marie Kitney

Marie Kitney is Head of Client Services for Numiko: Numiko is a digital media agency that builds websites for leading broadcast, cultural, third sector and higher education organisations. Their HE credentials include work for Goldsmiths, University of London, Bournemouth and Staffordshire Universities.

Marie joined Numiko in 2012 in a client relations capacity but soon developed her skillset to include digital strategy, user research and testing capabilities. Marie is a UXQB Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience.

Having led digital strategy and user research projects for clients such as Design Council, Heritage Lottery Fund, BFI and the King’s Fund, Marie works closely with Numiko’s clients in an advisory role to understand their organisation and challenges – both short and long term.

As Head of Client Services, Marie is the vital link between her clients’ ambitions and the delivery of projects at Numiko. Marie has her finger on the pulse of all Numiko commissions. She is able to watch a project grow from a simple idea into a fully realised digital product, making sure that none of the integrity of the original brief is lost along the way.

Marie studied English Language & Literature at the University of Leeds where she now sits on the industry advisory group for the Faculty of Arts.
