As Bob Dylan once said “The times they are a changin’” – but let’s face it, this isn’t new news. Heraclitus of Ephesus got it spot on over 2,000 years earlier when he said “Everything changes and nothing stands still”. Take That also said “Everything changes but you”, but that’s irrelevant for now.
So how do we best cope with this constant change whilst we still have to keep the web/digital ship sailing and often manage and support others through it?
The answer could lie in Leadership.
Over a number of years Claire has undertaken Leadership development training through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and more recently through the University of Bradford’s ‘Bradford Leader’ initiative, under the Leaderful Partnership.
