360 Degree Virtual Tours as a Communications and Marketing Tool

360o virtual tours can also be used for a variety of purposes such as training (creating step by step guides without the overhead of video); supporting visitors to your organisations; marketing; etc.  Virtual tours are increasingly popular in the commercial sector – but may have additional value to support teaching and learning and research activities.

This session will provide examples of 3600 virtual tours and provide an opportunity to explore how such approaches can be used to support those with responsibilities for providing institutional web services.
