Delegates can leave their bag with University of Greenwich staff when they register at the desk. Bags that are left will, at 2pm, be moved by the university porters to a secure room in Daniel Defoe halls (and so this should not be done for those who are not staying at the Defoe Halls! Note the luggage room will then be accessible to delegates provided they have an IWMW 2019 badge, as they go down there to pick up their keys at ~17:30.
Alternatively delegates can keep their luggage with them and take it to the lecture hall for first sessions (this may be appropriate if the luggage is particularly valuable or important to them e.g. contains medication).
The LT003 lecture theatre in the Stockwell Street Building we are using for all plenary sessions is large with space at the back for storing luggage. This may be suitable for those arriving after 13.30 on Tuesday or those who wish to leave promptly on the final morning.
