We are continuing to accept session proposals for IWMW 2020 until 17 January 2020, but will give priority to submissions we receive by 20 December 2019.
Submissions so far
We’re pleased to report that we have already received a number of high quality submissions – even more so that many are aligned with our goals for widening participation at next year’s event.
The submissions we have received includes several from those who have not spoken at previous IWMW events or represent a grouping (such as early career professionals) or institution which may not have provided significant numbers of speakers at previous events.
Last call for priority submissions
The first phase of our call for submissions formally ended on 13 December. But we’re extending the call until 17 January.
That being said, we’re giving priority to submissions we receive by this Friday, 20 December.
Priority means we’ll consider these submissions first before we start factoring in where we need to fill in any gaps in topics in the programme.
Open to all
Although we have encouraged submissions from those new to the event, we are happy to receive submissions from experienced speakers who work in higher education and related sectors or for other public sector or voluntary organisations.
Sponsorship opportunities coming soon
We will announce details of the sponsorship opportunities for the event and details of the submission process for those working in the commercial sector in the next few days.
Submit a proposal
Have a read of our call guidelines before submitting a proposal. We look forward to seeing your submissions.
