Sometimes it seems that the academic staff have weird priorities and its easy to forget that they are the core of the business of a university. We’re all there to help them do their jobs well. But what do they actually do? Christopher Gutteridge has been on safari with the academics and will summarise his findings on these strange creatures we know so little about.
