The team at Headscape has been involved in the development of digital strategies for several universities (and a few organisations in other sectors too). We have learnt many valuable lessons along the way that we’d like to share in this workshop. We will also encourage some group participation: you’ll be able to share your stories and we’ll aim to identify some common challenges and solutions.
We’re looking to cover topics such as the importance of senior management buy-in, broader organisational participation, keeping momentum going, the creation of digital teams, the role of suppliers and which research methodologies deliver the most useful results.
