Abstract

RSS – great lightweight XML format for syndication, or confusing technology (does RSS stand for Really Simple Syndication, RDF Site Summary, Rich Site Summary – or something else?). This session aims to clarify the confusion and outline the potential for using RSS within Institutional Web site.

  • The RSS viewing environment
  • Emerging RSS technologies such as Podcasting
