The sponsorship packages for the IWMW 2017 event are summarised below.
Platinum Package
Opportunity to be the main sponsor of the IWMW 2017 event!
There is an opportunity to be the main sponsor of the event. If you are interested in being the event’s Platinum sponsor, please get in touch to discuss the options available.
Gold Package
Be a Gold sponsor of the IWMW 2017 event. This sponsorship package covers sponsorship of a number of the event elements, including conference badges and lanyards, the event amplification and drinks at the conference dinner/drinks reception. This package provides an opportunity for the sponsor to give a plenary talk at the event and/or, optionally run a workshop session or masterclass. Gold sponsors will also be able to send a message to all delegates either before the event or a follow-up message after the event. Gold sponsors will be able to have a exhibition stand at the event’s small exhibition area. The cost of the Gold sponsorship is £1,500 which includes one free place at the event (accommodation not included).
Silver Package
Be a Silver sponsor of the IWMW 2017 event. This sponsorship package covers sponsorship of places at the event, donation of access to online services, t-shirts, prizes and gifts. The package provides an opportunity for the sponsor to give a brief plenary talk at the event and, optionally, run a workshop session or masterclass. Silver sponsors will be able to have a exhibition stand at the event’s small exhibition area. The cost of the Silver sponsorship is £1,000 which includes 1 free place at the event (accommodation not included).
Bronze Package
Be a Bronze sponsor of the IWMW 2017 event. This sponsorship package covers items such as gifts and prizes and provides an opportunity for the sponsor to run a workshop session or masterclass. Bronze sponsors will be able to have a exhibition stand at the event’s small exhibition area. The cost of the Bronze sponsorship is £500.
Additional Opportunities
There may be additional opportunities for vendors to contribute towards other elements of the event such as the drinks reception on the second night, or additional prizes and gifts. Get in touch to find out more.

All sponsors will be listed on the event’s list of sponsors on the IWMW 2017 web site.
Due to data protection legislation, email addresses of IWMW 2017 attendees will not be disclosed to sponsors.
