The information on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a qualified healthcare professional.
I am not a doctor, and nothing on this site should be read as if I were one. Reading this website, emailing me, or commenting on an article does not create a doctor-patient relationship or any other professional relationship between us.
What This Site Does and Doesn’t Do
I write about electromagnetic fields, the devices that measure them, and practical ways to reduce exposure for people who prefer to. I report measurements, explain published research and the positions of health agencies, and review products on their measurable performance.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition, and nothing I publish is intended to. No article, measurement, or product recommendation on this site is a claim that any product or practice will improve your health, relieve any symptom, or protect you from any illness.
If you are experiencing symptoms of any kind, please talk to a doctor. Symptoms like headaches, fatigue, sleep problems, or dizziness have many possible causes, and the right first step is a medical professional who can examine you, not a meter, a product, or a website.
About EMF Meters and Measurements
An EMF meter reports field levels in your environment. It cannot assess your health, calculate a medically meaningful “dose,” or tell you whether any reading is safe or unsafe for you personally.
The readings I publish are observations about environments and devices, not health findings. Typical household readings fall far below the exposure limits set by the FCC and international bodies, and where my articles provide context for numbers, that context is informational, not medical guidance.
About the products I review
The products reviewed on this site, including meters, shielding materials, and accessories, are not medical devices. I evaluate them on measurable performance such as attenuation, emissions, accuracy, and build quality, never on health outcomes.
No statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA or any other health authority. If a manufacturer makes health claims about a product, those claims are theirs, and my reviews neither repeat nor endorse them.
Scientific information changes
I work to keep this site accurate and aligned with the published positions of major health and scientific bodies, and I correct errors when I find them or readers point them out. Even so, research evolves, agencies update their guidance, and I make no guarantee that every page reflects the newest available information at the moment you read it. Always rely on your healthcare provider and primary sources for decisions that affect your health.
Emergencies
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not delay seeking medical care because of anything you have read on this site.
Your responsibility
Any action you take based on the information on this website is at your own discretion and risk. I am not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information published here.
If any part of this disclaimer is unclear, or you have questions about anything I’ve published, you can reach me through the [contact page]. For questions about your health, please reach a professional instead.
