This page provides a summary of the sponsorship packages which are available for the IWMW 2020 event.

Platinum Package

The Platinum Package is are available for long-standing supporters of IWMW events.

Platinum sponsors are offered a plenary speaking slot, an exhibition space and priority branding. Platinum sponsors will be offered the opportunity to publish two posts on the IWMW blog.

In addition, as a new feature this year, platinum sponsors will be providing with early access to details of event planning.

This package includes two free delegate places and subsidised tickets for additional delegates (50% off).

The Platinum Packages have been taken.

The cost of the Platinum Package for the IWMW 2020 event is £3,000.

Gold Package

A number of Gold Packages are available.

Gold sponsors are available to deliver a workshop session at the event and are offered a space at the event exhibition. In addition company details will be provided on the event website. Gold sponsors will be offered the opportunity to publish a post on the IWMW blog.

This package includes one free delegate place and subsidised tickets for additional delegates (30% off).

The cost of the Gold Package for the IWMW 2020 event is £2,000.

Silver Package

A number of Silver Packages are available. Silver sponsors will be offered a space at the event exhibition. In addition company details will be provided on the event website.

Subsidised tickets are provided for sponsors attendees (25% off).

The cost of the Silver Package for the IWMW 2020 event is £1,500.

Bronze sponsors

A limited number of Bronze sponsorship packages are available, which are intended primarily for companies or individuals who will not be present at the event. Bronze sponsorship may include donations of prices or acess to licensed software.

Subsidised tickets for sponsor representatives (15% off)

The cost of the Bronze Package for the IWMW 2020 event is £1,000.

Academic sponsorship packages

Academic sponsorship packages are available for higher educational instituions and related organisations.

Whats not included?

Sponsors will not receive email addresses of the delegates.

Note that accommodation is not included.
