Michael Frantzis is a digital experience consultant at Precedent, with specialist knowledge of the higher education sector. He combines data and qualitative insights with a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ strategic objectives and the ways in which they operate, to help them evolve and to build first-class digital experiences.
Prior to joining Precedent, Michael co-ran a Computer Science degree programme for the University of London, where he also established a UX function, chaired a UX working group that commissioned global research projects, and explored methods of using data to achieve institutional objectives. In addition to delivering projects for our clients, Michael works alongside Precedent’s chairman, Paul Hoskins, running digital transformation roundtables for director-level university professionals.
