IWMW 2018, the annual Institutional Web Management Workshop, took place at the University of York on 11-13 July 2018. The theme of this year’s event, the 22nd in the series was “Streamlining Digital“. The speaker list for the IWMW 2018 event is given below.

SUMMARY
In brief at the IWMW 2018 event there were:
- 12 plenary speakers; 6 panellists; 10 workshop facilitators and 9 master class facilitators.
- 6 session chairs (50/50 male/female).
- A total of 33 individual speakers, facilitators or session chairs.
- Of the 12 plenary speakers 9 (75%) work in higher education and 3 (25%) work for commercial companies; 7 (58%) are male and 7 (42%) are female. In addition 7 speakers (58%) are speaking at an IWMW event for the first time and 5 (42%) are attending an IWMW for the first time.
- Of the 10 workshop facilitators 8 (80%) work in higher education and 2 (20%) work for commercial companies; 6 (60%) are male and 4 (40%) are female. In addition 2 facilitators (20%) are speaking at an IWMW event for the first time and 1 (10%) is attending an IWMW for the first time.
- Of the 9 masterclass facilitators 3 (33%) work in higher education; 4 (44%) work for commercial companies and 2 (22%) are consultants. 6 (67%) are male and 3 (33%) are female. In addition 6 facilitators (67%) are speaking at an IWMW event for the first time and 6 (67%) are attending an IWMW for the first time.
