Speaker Guidelines

This page provides access to speaker guidelines for the IWMW 2018 event.

The key resource for speakers is the IWMW 2018 Speaker Guidelines document (16 page document, hosted on Scribd).

If you’re speaking at IWMW 2018, or presenting a workshop or masterclass, thank you! We look forward to seeing you there. You should find everything you need to know in the IWMW 2018 Speaker Guidelines document.

Please check the following:

  • The session abstract, including timings, is correct.
  • Your speaker biography is correct.
  • The session chair, for plenary speakers, has made contact and you have alerted the chair of any issues.
  • One of the event co-chairs (Brian Kelly for workshop facilitators or Claire Gibbons for masterclass facilitators), has made contact and you have alerted the chair of any issues.
  • Your workshop or masterclass session is designed to be interactive and allow delegates to contribute and engage.
  • If you are a sponsor, please ensure tour session does not fall into the trap of being regarded as simply a marketing exercise!
