Hey everyone

We’re very excited to be a part of IWMW this year. The Squiz team will be there in full force, having been busy preparing for this week’s masterclass and workshop, which we can’t wait to share with you. 

Our AI and data experts, Toby Margetts, Josh Somma and Steph Bradley, have compiled much of the great work they’ve been doing with Higher Education clients recently (specifically with Chat Bots!), into a masterclass: ‘AI: Evolving the Student Experience’. If you want some pre-event watching, our recent webinar, ‘AI: Beyond the Buzz’ is a great starting point to find out all about AI and what it means for your organisation. 

Adam Frank and Esther Berry are also big fans of data – and they are taking their passion and expertise to IWMW in their workshop ‘Data: The Most Untapped Resource in your Student Retention Strategy’. Taking retention strategies beyond the quick-wins, Adam and Esther’s workshop will explore the benefits of a holistic, all encompassing digital approach to student retention success. Having recently attracted a large crowd at Universities UK’s student retention event, this is not one to miss!
