Cost
The cost of the IWMW 2014 event is £350 per person with two night’s ensuite accommodation or £300 per person with no accommodation. The delegate fee includes full attendance at the workshop, conference materials, refreshments and lunch, workshop dinner and social events.

Note that this cost of attendance at the event has been kept at this level since 2007, with the exception of 2010 when the event was held over 2 days rather than 3 days.
Lunch will be provided on Thursday 17th July and dinner on Wednesday 16th July. A reception, with drinks and nibbles will be provided on Thursday 17th July after which delegates may wish to visit Newcastle’s many pubs and restaurants for an evening meal, the price of which is not included.
Registration
The Eventbrite booking system is being used for online registrations.
Note that the official closing date for the event has been extended to Friday 11 July.
When booking you will need to select your preferred parallel session. Please view the workshop sessions details before registering.
Cancellation
Cancellations up to 27th June will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations received from 27th June to 1st July there will be a 75% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11th July. A substitute delegate is acceptable but please ensure that you notify the event organisers of any changes prior to the workshop.
